How do I provide notification of a hospitalisation via the Vanbreda app?
- Go to the Home screen.
- At the bottom you find the menu Declarations, tap on it.
- If you didn’t declare an admission to hospital yet, the screen will be empty.
- If you already declared hospitalisations previously (by letter, mail, website or app), they will be shown in the overview.
- Tap on
in the upper right corner to declare a new hospitalisation.
