I can’t find a family member in my Vanbreda app.

  • Via the menu More – Family members you’ll get an overview of the different family members with an active affiliation.
  • Users that you are managing:
    • You can ask for a registration code for each of these family members. This does not apply for minor family members, you can add them immediately.
    • When you declare a hospital admission or submit medical costs, we only show the family members that you are entitled to manage in the app. Avoid unnecessary paperwork, and add all your family members to your Vanbreda app.
  • Other users
    • Here you find your affiliated family members for whom you don’t have permission yet to manage them in your app. You can easily ask for that permission by tapping on the name of your family member and follow all the necessary steps.
  • In case a family member is not shown in the list, then his/her affiliation possibly is not yet or no longer active. Request your insurance certificate via the contact form.
