I can’t find all my cards on my Home screen. What should I do?

  • On your Home screen, the app shows the active cards per insured person.
  • Swipe to the left to look at several cards.
  • Tap on a card to consult the details.
  • If you don’t find all the cards for a specific family member:
    go to the menu More – Contact & Support at the bottom of the screen to contact us:
