I only see my child’s details and cannot add any other family members in the app. What shoud I do?

Send an e-mail to digitaal@vanbreda.be to report this, so that we can deconnect the account.

Afterwards, you log in again with your own user name and your password. Then you fill in your own personal details (member ID and date of birth). After having received and entered the registration code, you will receive a proposal to add the affiliated members of your family.
