Why are outpatient expenses refused because they are outside the pre hospitalisation period of the admission?

Our reimbursement is always calculated according to your policy conditions. Your insurance reimburses outpatient expenses that fall within the pre and post hospitalisation period and that are directly related to your admission.

Outpatient expenses that fall outside this period are not covered by your hospitalisation insurance, even if they are related to your admission. Expenses with a performance or purchase date outside the covered period cannot be submitted.

You can find out how long the pre and post hospitalisation period is in your policy conditions.
