Why does Vanbreda refuse certain costs?

Does the settlement note state that costs will be refused? Vanbreda always calculates its reimbursement according to your policy conditions. Not all costs are covered: for example, non-medical costs (wifi, telephone, care products) will never be reimbursed by your insurance company. During the pre and post hospitalisation period of your admission, only outpatient expenses directly related to your admission and within the covered period will be reimbursed.
