The app is the fastest and easiest way to indicate your admission.
Upon acceptance of your admission you will receive your Medi-Link 010 number. Provide this number as soon as possible to the hospital so the third-party payment scheme can be activated via Medi-Link,. You don’t have to pay an advance in the hospital.
Is Medi-Link no longer possible? No worries, you can submit your costs to us afterwards.
We process your hospital invoice
With Medi-Link, the hospital delivers your hospital invoice directly to Vanbreda. We will settle the costs covered by your insurance. If there is still an amount that you have to pay yourself, you will receive a settlement from us.
Is Medi-Link no longer possible? Upon acceptance of your hospitalisation, you can still submit your hospital invoice to us afterwards for reimbursement to your bank account.
Extra ambulatory costs?
Provide us with all proof of your ambulatory expenses, such as doctor’s visits or costs at the pharmacist. This can be done very easily via the Vanbreda app or the cost submission form. After processing you will receive an additional settlement from us.
