Did you get the 010 number only after you were discharged from the hospital? Then contact the hospital and ask them if they can still link the 010 number.

If the hospital can still link the 010 number, the Medi-Link direct billing procedure will be activated. The hospital will send the hospital invoice directly to Vanbreda. Afterwards you will receive a settlement note with any costs that are not covered by your insurance.

If it is no longer possible to link the 010 number, then the Medi-Link direct billing procedure cannot be activated. Then you must pay the hospital invoice to the hospital and submit the hospitalisation invoice to Vanbreda. Subsequently, the covered costs will be refunded to you.
