Did you pay an advance at the hospital yourself? Then the amount of the advance you paid will be added to your final invoice. We take the advance into account when making our calculations on the basis of the final invoice. The reimbursement will be made according to the terms of your policy.
Please note: if the advance you paid is stated not on the final invoice of the hospital, a refund is never possible.
