For outpatient consultations of your doctor, physiotherapist or other healthcare providers:

Option 1: You will receive a certificate for the medical performance that was provided. You send this original document to your health insurance fund in order to obtain their refund.
Option 2: Your doctor or health care provider works digitally. In that case, your certificate for the medical performance will be sent directly and electronically to your health insurance fund. In that case, you no longer will receive a certificate.

The refund statement is a standardized document that your health insurance fund draws up, stating the details of their reimbursements. You will automatically receive the statement from your health insurance fund. You did not get the statement? You can often download the statement from your online account or request it from your health insurance fund.

Have you paid more than the amount on your statement? Please provide us with a proof of payment drawn up by the doctor or health care provider with confirmation of the exact amount paid. We will check whether a reimbursement is possible according to the policy conditions. We will send a settlement note to you and we will transfer the amount to your account.
