Is there an exemption under the ambulatory plan?

The exemption is the amount of the covered costs that you have to pay yourself. This exemption applies to each insured person, but also sometimes to each family. Depending on your policy, the exemption will be withheld per insurance year or per claim year (as from when the first expenses were submitted).

This exemption is deducted from the eligible expenses you have submitted until the amount of the exemption has been reached. When you receive a settlement from us, the amount deducted from the exemption is always stated.

Consult your policy conditions for a detailed overview of the exemptions.
