As soon as we have received your hospitalisation invoice, you can send us your outpatient expenses from the pre and post hospitalisation period.
Serious illness
Once your file for serious illness has been accepted by us, you can submit medical expenses.
TIP: If you have a “hospitalization / serious illnesses” cover, it may be more advantageous to submit your outpatient medical expenses directly related to a serious illness through this “hospitalization / serious illnesses” cover.
